LetterGrove - Word Connect privacy policy

Lettergrove ("the app") is a word puzzle game for Android published by Akhilesh Mahto. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress, coins, settings, saved words and appearance choices are stored only on your device. There is no account, and this information is not sent to the developer. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

2. Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver, measure and improve ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Google or Ads settings.

3. Purchases

The optional Premium upgrade is sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; the app never receives your card or payment details. The app receives only a purchase confirmation from Google Play so it can unlock Premium on your device.

4. Notifications

If you turn on the optional daily reminder, the app schedules a notification locally on your device. No information is sent anywhere to do this, and you can turn it off in the app's settings or your device settings.

5. Children

Lettergrove is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data sharing and selling

The developer does not sell personal information and does not receive any personal information from you. Information collected by Google for advertising is handled under Google's policies linked above.

7. Security and retention

Game data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the same address with a new effective date.
