Cozy Mini Restaurant privacy policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Cozy Mini Restaurant (“the game”, “we”, “us”) handles information. The game is developed and published by Akhilesh Mahto.
By downloading or playing the game, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Summary
- The game has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- We do not run our own servers, and we do not receive or store your personal information.
- The game shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect certain information from your device as described below.
- The optional “Remove ads” purchase is handled entirely by Google Play.
2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (coins, upgrades, decorations, friendship hearts, settings, and whether you bought “Remove ads”) is saved in a file on your device. This file is not sent to us.
3. Backup to your Google account
The game supports Android Backup. If backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may copy the game’s save file to your Google account. Your progress then comes back when you reinstall the game or move to a new phone. Google stores this backup under your account, and you control it in your device settings. We cannot access it.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game uses Google AdMob to show ads. To show, limit and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as:
- your device’s advertising ID
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it
- device type, operating system, language and app version
- how you interact with ads
- diagnostic and crash information from the ads SDK
Consent: Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain US states), the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google’s consent form. You can change your choice at any time from the game’s Pause menu → Privacy options.
Your controls: You can reset your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
All ads in the game are limited to content suitable for general audiences.

5. In-app purchases (Google Play)
The game offers one optional in-app purchase, “Remove ads”. Google Play processes all payments, and we never see or store your payment details. The game only receives confirmation from Google Play that the purchase was made, so it can turn off ads and restore your purchase on a new device.

6. How information is used and shared
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Information is processed only by the third-party services listed below, under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob, to show ads
- Google Play Billing, to process purchases
- Android Backup, if you have it turned on
7. Children’s privacy
The game is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will help address it.
8. Data retention and deletion
- Your game data stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data, which deletes it.
- Backups in your Google account follow your Google account and device backup settings.
- Information collected by Google AdMob is kept according to Google’s policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to:
- access or delete personal information
- object to or restrict its processing
- withdraw consent at any time
Because we do not hold personal information ourselves, most requests are handled through Google’s tools and your device settings, as described above. You can also contact us with any question or request.
10. Security
The game communicates with Google services over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we rely on Google’s established security practices for the services we use.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
