Ascendify (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile app.

  • Name, email address (if you choose to sign in via Google or other methods)
  • Device ID (for crash analytics or subscription validation)

Note: You can use the app in “Guest Mode” without signing in.

b. Non-Personal Information

We may collect non-identifiable data such as:

  • App usage statistics
  • Habit completion frequency
  • Device type and OS
  • Performance logs (for debugging and crash reporting)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to:

  • Improve user experience and app performance
  • Track your habits, progress, and streaks
  • Enable in-app purchases and theme customization
  • Provide personalized insights and reminders
  • Detect and fix bugs or crashes

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored securely on your device or in the cloud (if using online login).
  • For online users, we may use Firebase or a similar backend for secure storage.
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. In-App Purchases

Ascendify offers optional premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment details.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools such as:

  • Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, authentication)
  • RevenueCat (for managing subscriptions)
    These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. User Control & Data Deletion

  • You can delete your app data from within the app settings.
  • If logged in, you can request full data deletion by emailing us at akhileshedd@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

Ascendify is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We’ll notify you of significant changes within the app or through an update log.
